Puppy Application

Woodcrest Acres LLC is dedicated to helping you find the perfect puppy for your family. We’re excited to work with you! Please complete the application carefully and answer all questions thoroughly.

Submitting an application will automatically place you on our waiting list, but it does not guarantee that you will be able to take a puppy home. The waiting list is prioritized in the following way:

  1. Those who have placed a deposit are at the top of the list and receive priority service.

  2. If there are more puppies available than deposits, we will offer remaining puppies to applicants on the waiting list in the order they applied (first-come, first-served).

Please note that if you are contacted about a puppy, you will have a limited time to respond, see the puppy, and place a deposit. If we do not hear back from you within that time frame, we will move on to the next person on the waiting list.

We carefully review every application to understand your preferences and ensure we match you with the right puppy. Thank you for your interest in Woodcrest Acres!

Submitting this application does not require a deposit. Applicants will be notified when a new litter is available. However, if you would like to secure a spot on our priority waiting list, you may place an advanced deposit at any time. Priority list families will have first choice of available puppies in the order deposits are received.
